Operations
The schedule is the business.
Every job on one calendar, with conflicts caught before they happen.
Jobs land in an unscheduled tray, you drag them onto the calendar, and Storrow flags the collision before you double-book a crew. Syncs both ways with Google Calendar.
What it does
The capabilities behind Scheduling & Dispatch.
- Month, week, and mobile agenda views of every scheduled job
- Unscheduled work tray so nothing quietly falls off the board
- Conflict detection when a crew or time slot is already taken
- Two-way Google Calendar sync
- Daily dispatch view showing who is where
- Reschedule and status changes logged with a full history
How approval-only works
Three steps. Nothing goes live without you.
01
Work lands unscheduled
An accepted estimate, a booked lead, or a job you add by hand drops into the unscheduled tray so it cannot be forgotten.
02
You place it on the calendar
Assign the date, time, and crew. If that crew is already booked or the slot collides, Storrow warns you before you commit, and still lets you override if you know better.
03
Everyone sees the same board
The calendar, the dispatch view, and Google Calendar all reflect the same reality. Reminders go out to the customer automatically.
