How Storrow handles information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Storrow Collective collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Effective July 13, 2026

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, business profile, workflow settings, brand voice, leads, review content, and the drafts or approvals you create. We also collect limited technical and usage information needed to secure, operate, and improve the service.

Connected services and Google user data

When you connect a third-party service, we receive only the access you authorize. For Google-connected workflows, this may include Gmail message metadata or content needed to identify review notifications and prepare actions you request. If a sending permission is enabled, Storrow uses it only to perform a user-directed product action. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

How we use information

We use information to provide approval-ready drafts, organize workflows, deliver customer support, maintain security, troubleshoot the service, and understand product performance. Customer-facing actions remain subject to the approval settings shown in the product.

Service providers and disclosures

We may share information with vendors that provide hosting, databases, analytics, communications, and language-model infrastructure, solely as needed to operate Storrow. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. Some information may remain in backups or records we must keep by law.

Security and international use

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure. Storrow is operated from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

Children and changes

Storrow is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product changes. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice.
