Operations
Getting paid should not be the slowest part of the job.
From estimate to deposit to paid, without chasing anyone.
Build the estimate from your price book, send it as a link the customer can accept, then turn it into an invoice with deposits and progress billing already scheduled.
What it does
The capabilities behind Estimates & Invoicing.
- Estimates and proposals with line items, tax, deposit, and expiry
- A reusable price book so you stop retyping the same services
- Shareable customer link with accept and decline tracked
- Invoices with draft, sent, paid, and void states
- Deposit and progress-payment schedules (50/50, 30/40/30, or custom)
- Stripe hosted checkout so customers can pay by card
- Outstanding, overdue, and collected totals at a glance
How approval-only works
Three steps. Nothing goes live without you.
01
Build the estimate
Pull line items from your price book, set tax and deposit terms, add an expiry date. Takes minutes, not a blank document.
02
Customer accepts by link
They get a clean page, not a PDF attachment. Accept and decline are both tracked, so you know where it stands without following up.
03
It becomes an invoice
Deposit and progress milestones are already scheduled. Storrow drafts the reminders when payments come due, and you approve them before they send.
