We started Storrow in 2026 because we kept seeing the same thing: small business owners who were good at their work but drowning in the digital overhead that came with it. Reviews going unanswered. Google profiles going stale. Leads going cold because nobody had time to respond.
The AI tools that existed were either enterprise-level and expensive, or consumer-level and unreliable. Neither was built for a salon owner or a contractor who needs things to work without a dedicated team managing it.
Storrow is the version we would have built for those businesses. Six agents. Approval-only mode by default. A team that's accountable when something needs attention.
We're based in Boston and serve clients in Boston and Seattle. The markets are different but the problem is the same: too much to do, not enough time to do it consistently.
